At Posh Hides, every product is handcrafted and custom-made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we encourage customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • The product received is significantly different from the approved customization details.
  • There is a sizing issue with custom footwear despite measurements being provided accurately and verified by our team.

Custom Shoes – Sizing Policy

As all footwear is made-to-measure, minor variations in fit may occur.

If you experience a sizing issue:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share photographs and videos of the shoes being worn.
  3. Our team will review the information and may request additional measurements.
  4. Based on verification, we may:
    • Offer a size adjustment or alteration,
    • Provide a replacement pair, or
    • Approve a refund where applicable.

Custom Cufflinks & Lapel Pins

Custom cufflinks and lapel pins are manufactured according to customer-approved designs.

Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • The delivered item differs substantially from the approved design.

Verification Process

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Posh Hides team.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue
  • Relevant details regarding the concern

We reserve the right to request additional information before making a final decision.

Refund Timeline

If a refund request is approved:

  • The product may need to be returned for inspection.
  • Once verification is completed, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement Timeline

If a replacement is approved:

  • Production of the replacement item will begin after verification.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product complexity and customization requirements.

Non-Eligible Returns

We generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Personal preference regarding design choices approved by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or handcrafted detailing.
  • Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear after use.

Right to Reject Claims

Posh Hides reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request if:

  • Verification requirements are not met.
  • The product shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
  • The claim is found to be inconsistent with the original order specifications.
  • The request falls outside the eligible return period.
